The Preparation of Detail Engineering Report of District Ayurveda Health Center Building-01, Myanglung Municipality Tehrathum has been prepared Urban Development and Building Office, Dhankuta. The proposed project included the preparation of a master plan in available/propose land with the engineering design of District Ayurveda Health Center Building-01, Myanglung Municipality Tehrathum with complete facility according to the office function, health center function, national building code, and related requirements, parking, guard house, entrance gate etc. The master plan is prepared based on NBC 206, international guidelines for open/green/park spaces and structural designs are completed based on NBC 105 2020 standard code.

Ayurveda is a national method of therapy/treatment of Nepal. Like the heritage of Himalayas and water resources, the original practices, manuscripts, records of Ayurvedic treatment and medicinal use of abundant herbs have taken an important role in Nepal. The basic principle of Ayurveda is to prevent and treat illness by maintaining balance in the body, mind, and consciousness through proper drinking, diet, and lifestyle, as well as herbal remedies. The sources of Ayurvedic medicine are medicinal herbs, minerals and animal products. The system works through simple and therapeutic measures along with promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health of people. District Ayurveda Health Center Tehrathum was initiate for providing the office facility to provide ayurvedic therapy and treatment for solving the public health related issues.
