This is the Final Report of Consulting Services for technical support in construction of Khandachakra Multipurpose Building, Khandachakra Municipality, Kalikot. This Report is submitted by Good Vision Architect and Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Lalitpur (hereinafter referred to as the 'consultant) as part of 'Terms of the Contract Agreement' signed with Town Development Fund, Kathmandu (hereinafter referred as a client). The Report contains an Introduction, Problem Identification, Field Verification, Way Forward, Design Activities, and Annexes to complete the assignment. The agreement for the assignment was signed and work commenced with an introductory consultative meeting between the client and consultants at the client's office. The purpose of this consulting service is provide the technical assistance to overcome the challenges observed in the slope protection, soil capacity of building site along with the need to enhance structural analysis measure of Khandachakra Multipurpose Building in Khandachakra Municipality, Manma Bazar, Kalikot. Consultant shall work in close coordination with municipality engineer and is liable to the municipality and TDF.
