observed HFL did not considered in design calculation and not mentioned in anywhere of design/drawing details. During the site verification process observed HFL found to be 3m above the existing bed level in right abutment side and other major thing is d/n center line of river flow is 2.25m below the existing cause way slab level. Which means minimum height of culvert/bridge will be require 6.75m from the lowest bed level based on existing river flow.
